What I build, what I am open to, and the fastest way to find out if there is a fit.
I build tooling for AI professionals and the infrastructure under it: a 4k agentic workspace where a pro supervises several agents at once, Matrix/Element modules that turn a homeserver into a shared surface those agents post into, and the server operations keeping both running. I work as user zero — everything on this site is in my own daily use — and I run the repos themselves with coding agents against written contracts and decision logs.

The tools are under development and in private use. Rather than link to source that would 404 for you, each project here carries screenshots, short captures and a feature list. The images are downsized from 4k to where only titles read — enough to show the shape of the thing, not enough to expose what is in it.
